Nous ne nous contentons pas d'appliquer la culture biolgique à la vigne, nos vins sont certifiés National Organic Program (NOP) par l'USDA depuis le millésime 2008. Cette certificat américaine inclus aussi la vinification et plus généralement la gestion écologique du domaine.

We do not only apply organic methods in the vineyard, our wines are since the 2008 vintage NOP certified by USDA. This american certification includes also the vinification of the wines as well as a general ecoligical management of the domain.

Depuis cette récolte 2010, nous stockons et compostons sur place nos marcs, évitant ainsi transports et manipulations supplémentaires. 

To complete our environmental improvements in the vineyard, we reduce transport and manipulation by storing and composting our own marc since this year.

Nous utilisons là où cela ne nuit pas à l’aspect visuel des bouteilles plus fines ; moins de verre et donc moins de poids pour le transport.  

Where the visual aspect is not affected we also use thinner bottles; less glass means also less weight for transport.

L’imprimeur de nos étiquettes a travaillé lui aussi beaucoup sur ce sujet et a obtenu une certification Imprim’vert. 

The printer of our labels as also worked hard on this subject and obtained the Imprim’vert certification.

Notre bouchonnier attache une attention particulière  à la qualité du traitement des bouchons ainsi qu’au renouvellement des plantations de chênes liège au Portugal améliorant autant la biodiversité, la protection contre les feux de forêts, que l’équilibre social dans une région où la production de chênes liège et de bouchons remonte à des temps anciens. C’est pour toutes ces raisons que nous restons fidèles à cette forme de bouchage. 

Our cork producer pays particularly attention as well to the quality of the treatment of the corks as to the renewing of plantations of cork oak in Portugal improving the biodiversity, the protection against forest fires and leading to an important carbon sink as a social sustainability in a region where the production of cork oaks and corks goes back to very remote times. All these reasons explain our fidelity to this type of closure.
